Golf outing in honor of Adam Collinsworth, to help him to afford a wheelchair accessible van, home modifications, and a hospital bed that would rotate him throughout the night. Adam suffered from a swimming pool accident that left him paralyzed in 1998. He is in need of updated equipment to help in future endeavors to ke...ep alive and carry on the legacy of love, laughter, and kindnesss that Adam has instilled ino the many lives he has touched.
